[Initial Report] Effective February 3, 2023, ITS will begin to transition its knowledge base documents from this tool to our new service tool. As the transition progresses, fewer active docs will be accessible from this tool. The transition may take the entire calendar year. In order to ensure you see ALL active ITS knowledge base documents, please return to Pioneer Portal at portal.uwplatt.edu and search at the top of page. Select the "Knowledgebase" tab, which includes results from all campus knowledgebase sources.
